Before I get to creating, I do a deep dive to discover what makes your business unique. This important step helps us design with strategy and intention, differentiate you from your competition, and craft a brand that connects with you and your audience.
2. DESIGN
Then I start designing your unique brand identity. The result is a thoughtful and cohesive library of branding elements that authentically speaks to who you are and connects to your audience.
3. IMPLEMENT
Finally, I work to design your marketing collateral pieces to perfectly suit your needs. The goal is cohesiveness and consistency — your brand deserves attention to detail to ensure it’s beautifully and thoroughly represented at every client touch point.

I specialize in designing strategic brands identities, so I recommend that most of my clients get a full comprehensive brand suite at the start. It can save headaches further down the road when designing marketing materials/websites.
However, I do recognize that in certain cases, someone might need only a logo, and I’d be happy to talk more with them about their specific need

That’s where I come in! Once you’ve booked with me, you'll receive a welcome onboarding guide, discovery homework, and a checklist of things to start collecting before we begin.
I also recommend gathering inspirational images to give me a sense of the look and feel you're going for. The process is fun and collaborative - and I’ll guide you every step of the way!

Branding is essential to making your website unique to you. If you don't already have a logo or brand assets, don't worry - I offer brand design packages that will give you everything you need for a strong foundation. We can work on the branding while starting on prep for the website.

My custom website package includes 1-month post-launch support to ensure everything is working as it should.
I also provide options for monthly management or maintenance on an as-needed basis and can provide a quote based on your needs.

Every website needs to pay a hosting fee and a domain (URL) fee. The hosting is usually with Squarespace and billed yearly. The domain can be through Squarespace or GoDaddy.
I guide my clients through the process of acquiring a domain (if they don’t have one already), and they can pay the company directly so renewal is automatic. The same goes for the hosting company.

Yes! As a small business owner, I understand the value of a big investment like a custom website.
Because of this, I create a custom package based on your unique business needs. We'll discuss your goals and budget at the very beginning and provide a pricing breakdown and payment plan structure in your project proposal.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and I’m thrilled to serve clients North America-wide. E-transfer is our preferred method of payment.

The first step is to reach out! I provide a free discovery call in which we chat for 20 minutes about your business, project goals, and what outcome you hope to achieve in working together.
From there, you'll be sent a custom proposal outlining your project details, timeline, and quote. To complete your booking, you'll be guided to complete a contract and the initial, non-refundable deposit.
